  • What is the voice mail number? How can I listen to messages from a different mobile or fixed number? 
If you are dialing frim your telephone, the number is 14077 and if you are dialing from a different one, (mobile or fixed), you should dial 14078, and +382 14078 if you are dialing from abroad. If you are not dialing from your number, the system will ask you for your telephone number and password
General password for accessing your mailbox is0000. This password should be changed in order to protect your privacy.
  • How can I divert all calls to voice mail? 
The universal GSM code for redirecting all calls to voice mail is **21*067779(phone number)
  • What is the number of the SMS center? 
The number of the SMS center (for sending text messages) is +38267100100. The customer can receive messages even if this number is not entered.
  • I can not call anyone, but i can be reached? 
If the handset is functioning properly, most likely the "Call Barring" functionality is activated. It is important to find this option in the menus and enter the following GSM code #330*šifra# and press OK.
  • I can make calls, but no one can reach me? 
If the handset is functioning properly, most likey the call divert option was activated. To deactivate it, please enter *#21# and press "yes" (green handset icon)
  • How can I become a T-Mobile postpaid customers? 
A postpaid account can be activated by purchasing a SIM card and signign a contract at the nearest T-Center. The bill is sent monthly and contains teh subscription and the price of calls that you have made during that month.

  • My SIM card is blocked? What can I do?

If no explanation is given on the phone ("blocked" error), you need to enter the following combination: * * 05 * PUK * new PIN *new PIN # ok.

  • Messages on the phone display? 
BLOKED CONTACT PROVIDER- SIM card is blocked, usually by entering a wrong PUK number for 10 times senquently. You must put the card into another phone, in case it is still not working, it has been cancelled and you must changed it.

CARD ERROR or SIM Error (SIM card has been damaged ) which means that the card is destroyed and it can not be used anymore. br />
CARD REJECT- Card is demaged ore blocked

CHEK CARD/INSERD CARD- You need to check the position of SIM card

CARD BLOCKED UNBLOCK- If you enter a wrong PIN number for 3 times sequently, SIM card will block. Then you need to enter the PUK code.
PUK BLOCKED/SIM CARD BLOCK- In case you enter wrong PUK codes for 10 times sequently, SIM card will be blocked and you need to change it.
PHONE LOCK-The phone is locked, you need to enter the UNLOCK CODE which is different for different phones.

- Sony: 0000 (ok)

EMERGECY CALLS ONLY/112 ONLY-There is no available signal or the signal is weak, the card is blocked by entering the PIN or PUK code, the phone has some kind of failure. You can only call 122.
  • Paying the bill without visiting the bank 
Customer support
Calls towards customer support are free from the T-Mobile network. When calling outside of Montenegro, calls are priced as international calls to Montenegro.
